Conscious Integrative Breath Therapy is a spiritual, feeling oriented method of predictably and consistently releasing emotional blocks, unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs. Gentle yet powerful forms of conscious breathing, hypnotherapy and emotional release work are combined create a permanent shift from "stuck" to "unstuck", disconnected to connected and fragmented to whole. The process brings deep and lasting healing to emotional wounds ranging from severe traumas and phobias to the more common repressed feelings of anger, sadness, shame and grief. New medical findings published by the Association of Peranatal Psychology reveal that our most deeply held beliefs about life are formed by decisions made before the age of one, the pre-verbal years. Healing Breath Therapy heals the deepest wounds and traumas, including those related to our birth experience and first years of life.
