Behavior Challenges

Anyone who desires to not simply survive but thrive physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and financially can benefit the programs offered by SOULutions. Even people who have spent years trying to overcome frustrating and persistent behavior patterns that are self-destructive.

The root of all self-limiting patterns, phobias, anxiety disorders, chronic depression, and addictions are un-integrated feelings. Un-felt emotions never die. They are only buried and manifest in both emotional and physical disease. Un-integrated feelings separate us of our spiritual wholeness and the joyful aliveness that we were born to live.

SOULutions programs have been useful in giving relief to clients who have so-called treatment resistant conditions like PTSD, chronic depression, sexual trauma and addictive behaviors. The SOULutions approach incorporates the spiritual aspects of an individual as well as their personality. We call this approach moving beyond your ego to find your Essence and live a life of Radical Wholeness. Ego motivations are rooted in fear, anger or obligation. Essence, or spirit is rooted in peace, passion, purpose, power and presence. We refer to this as "Radical Wholeness.” It is a state when your mind, body and soul are all integrated and working toward your life's purpose.

In traditional therapy, clients spend years negotiating with their egos to surrender firmly entrenched protection strategies. The SOULutions' approach takes you past the ego to the real you, the authentic person, the spiritual self, your Essence. It is only at the level of the soul real healing can take place.

The SOULutions' approach emphasizes the complete safety to feel and express any and all emotions that arise, the release of these repressed feelings and the acceptance of the personal truths that lie underneath. We use transpersonal or spiritual psychology, personality analysis, breath work techniques, strengths assessment, guided meditations and catharsis release.
