Conscious Integrative Breath Therapy

Conscious Integrative Breath Therapy, developed by Michael Casteel, is a spiritual method of releasing unprocessed emotional blocks and limiting beliefs. Gentle yet powerful forms of conscious breathing, hypnotherapy and emotional release work are combined create a permanent shift from disconnected to connected and fragmented to whole. The process brings deep and lasting healing to emotional wounds ranging from severe traumas and phobias to the more common repressed feelings of anger, sadness, shame and grief. The root of all self-limiting patterns, phobias, chronic depression, and addictions are un-integrated feelings. Un-felt emotions never die.
