Trying out various traditional therapies before, I always felt like there was something missing. [Michael's] outside-the-box perspective with his intuitive, healing approach gets to the core of things. —Amelia

SOULutions Statement of Purpose

We are dedicated to one singular purpose:
People living a life of Radical Wholeness. We accomplish this by:
1. Helping people heal their wounds from the past and
2. Express their authentic gifts for a unique purpose in the present.
In doing so, people move beyond the limits of their go to know limitlessness of their Essence.

I never knew a night so black, Light failed to follow on its track.—John Kendrick Bangs

Essence Circles

Mark your calendar for our first Tuesday of the month and join us for our Essence Circles.
Meet other people of like minds and hearts to discuss a variety of life topics that focus on transcending the ego and fully awakening to wholeness and a life of peace, passion, purpose, power and presence.

The Essence Circles are free and open to anyone who is interested in exploring what it means to move from ego to Essence. When working with the kinds of programs offered by SOULutions, it's a good idea to follow-up with continued contact with Michael and others who have been through these programs

We begin each circle with a brief meditation followed by A Q & A period where Michael answerers questions and provides feedback on personal, relationship and spiritual concerns before diving in to one of the powerful and life affirming principles of RADICAL WHOLENESS.

Upcoming Topics:

Four Main Principles of Radical Wholeness

November: 1. Feel it all as deeply and fully as you can.

Emotions are energy and messages to our selves that must be heard. When we suppress or repress our emotional energy, it becomes stuck in our bodies and minds resulting in unhealthy behavior patterns.

December: 2. Question everything, particularly the beliefs that you've accepted about yourself, others, religion and the world.

The ability to question everything we think or do is the most valuable resource on the path towards Radical Wholeness. Learning self-observation skills of your thoughts and behavior and then questioning them is the process called "becoming the witness" to your own life.

January: 3.Resist nothing.

When we can find a way to stop resisting and fully accept even the most unacceptable parts of ourselves, our mental chatter becomes dramatically quieter. We are miraculously able to accept ourselves, others and all of the circumstances of our life.

February: 4. Embrace the reality of uncertainty.

Reality is our ultimate teacher. When we are able to honestly observe and accept that there is nothing permanent but change, we can begin to accept the impermanence of all life and be creatively and fully alive in the present.

Radical Wholeness encourages us to fully embrace the reality of uncertainty. It means accepting the light and dark, good and bad, things going our way and things not going the ways that we like. Our heart is set on fire to express our unique individual gifts in the world for a purpose that we feel is a mighty one. In living this way, there are no ordinary moments!

What makes this work radical is its counter intuitiveness. Our life will always include a mix of perceived positive and negative. When we are able to accept our negatively perceived emotions and thoughts instead of avoiding them, we allow them to teach us and to deepen us.

There are ten transformational tools to a life of Radical Wholeness. My work through SOULutions is teaching clients how to use these tools to live the life of their dreams.

Ten Invitations to a Life of Radical Wholeness

Radical Embrace

Radical Embrace is the courage and willingness to feel life fully and embrace all of our emotional responses including the uncomfortable ones. Unfelt feelings never die or go away. These un-integrated feelings are the source of our deepest pain and feelings of separateness. Feeling is healing. Whatever we resist persists. Whatever we have the courage to fully feel, face and embrace becomes grace.

Radical Responsibility

Radical Responsibility is the ability to respond creatively, resourcefully and wholly to any situation that life gives us. It recognizes that we have the power and ability to choose how we respond to any situation life gives us rather than react from past programming. The results of our actions reflect our true intentions. The highest form of human intelligence is the ability to observe without judgment or reaction.

If we do not consciously create and choose our drama for ourselves, our programmed need for drama will unconsciously choose for us. Conscious Drama is the ability to choose to act from our higher selves, aware of our need for stimulation and create positive situations to fill this need.

Radical Authenticity

Every thought and feeling that we have time wants to and deserves to be acknowledged compassionately and curiously within ourselves.

Radical Authenticity recognizes that there are different parts within each of us and gives each part a voice to be heard without judgment. Anything withheld from fear is fear, and is ultimately destructive. With Radical Authenticity, we learn to listen to all of our parts and accept the lessons they teach.

Radical Gratitude

Human beings cannot be in a state of appreciation and a state of depression, sadness or anger or contracted emotions at the same moment in time. To live in a state of gratitude you must say 'thank you" often, show sincere appreciation wherever you can and feel genuine gratitude for what you have. Radical Gratitude is the willingness to choose to see the miracle of life and our participation in it as a privilege and adventure. Albert Einstein said, “Nothing in the universe is a miracle or everything is. I choose the latter.”

Radical Transcendence

As we live from Spirit or Essence, we gradually end the trance of repeating our unhealthy behavior patterns. I call this "trance - endence" because we end the trances we have been living by recognizing the pay offs that we get from indulging in those patterns. We see how continuing these patterns help us in avoid responsibility for the power and freedom that we have as adults.

Radical Purpose

Each of us has a unique and sacred purpose. This is something that can only be contributed to the world, in our unique way by us. If we don't share it, the world will never have it. Our Radical Purpose is discovered within of our individual self where our unique gifts and passions intersect with the needs of the world, and somehow resonate with our individual life challenges.

Radical Presence

Being in a state of appreciation for what is so and what is being asked of us by life is Radical Presence. This state of being is felt when we can accept and appreciate our current circumstances without any personal agenda, while giving up any need to feel safe, understood, right, powerful, in control, loved, appreciated, wise, insightful or spiritual.

Radical Faith

The deeper our authentic faith, the less we need organized belief systems to inform us about what is right and wrong, or tell us how we should be or not be in order to feel safe. The more we grasp on to a particular religious ideal the less faith that we actually have.

Radical Faith arises spontaneously as a radiant essence inside us that knows its intimate connection with Spirit. This becomes our reality when we have the courage to meet life fully and feel the truth of our uncertainty as well as our possibility. To have Whole Faith is to dance with life in love rather than march through life in fear.

Conscious Drama

Some of us had chaotic childhood home environments. Even though we probably experienced these things as negative and possibly traumatic, they were also stimulating and produced a survival response within us along with a hyper-alert state of awareness. Interestingly, our nervous system adapted to the fear and excitement. If we grew up in a home with unconscious drama we will tend to recreate it in our adult lives.

Conscious Ignorance

There is wisdom to what I refer to as Conscious Ignorance that recognizes an ever-evolving Universe. While informed by the ancient wisdom of sacred scriptures as well as the latest scientific knowledge, Conscious Ignorance recognizes the contamination of our recorded history by the personal and power-based agendas. We cannot know something is true based on what others tell us. We must seek our own personal truth. And we can declare nothing as truth without it being validated by our own personal experience.
