Essence Circles

Mark your calendar for our first Monday of the month and join us for our Essence Circles.    Make connections with people who are actively engaged in the vision of a world where more and more of us are transcending the limits of the ego and waking up to the limitlessness of our essence.

Each Essence Circle has two parts: 
1. OPENING CIRCLE where people of like minds and hearts come together to celebrate Wholeness. Each participant has the voluntary opportunity to share with the group what is most alive in them right now; sometimes this is something to celebrate and at other times to gain support and encouragement, all from a place of Essence. We complete each share with a big group “SOZO!” This word means “to make whole” in Greek.  
2. SPIRITUAL PRACTICE specifically designed to touch the soul and renew the spirit in a way that lead participants into a profound state of BLISSFUL- ALIVENESS.

During the Opening Circle, participants are invited to share about what is most alive in their lives. This may range from career, relationship or spiritual concerns to recent successes and breakthroughs. People are invited to ask for and get the support needed around a challenging life situation or to celebrate a recent breakthrough or life lesson learned with the group. Always thought provoking and heart opening.

The spiritual workout is an experiential process designed to give participants a direct experience of their authentic self. These carefully designed processes include Breath Work Experiences like The BREATH Of LIFE Experience, Dolphin Meditation, Breath Of The Heart Meditation, Chakra Breathing, Breath Walking, Yoga Dance, Trance Dance, Five Rhythms, Drumming and various Meditation Practices.   

August Spiritual Practice features the Awakening the Chakras Breathwork Meditation, led by Michael. Breathe into, see, sense, hear, voice, face, embrace, release, thank and celebrate a core issue within each energy center. You will leave this meditation with a more intimate connection to the universe, sensual relationship with life and embracing open heart! Click HERE to register.
